I dislike almost everything in this hotel. Very poor conditions. The wifi never worked. The telephone line also did not worked. The TV connection was poor. There was bugs (spiders and cockroaches) in the room. Very noisy. They insist to put loud music in the breakfast room as well as in the swimming pool (come on guys, it is a beach hotel, where we are suppose to relax!!!) Bad bad hotel managing. No-star for this hotel. Very expensive, no comfort.

Great pools, beautiful landscaping, and a good breakfast with a nice omelet bar. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect with the beach just steps away. the room was neat and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well on hot days. Free wireless internet was provided throughout the property.

Located just a stone's throw away from a stunning beach, this hotel is perfect for beach lovers. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean to start your day. the remarkable breakfast and the pleasant staff will also make your stay enjoyable. the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Finding parking nearby can be a hassle.

Great hotel for a Christmas break! Enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms with amazing views and comfortable beds. The hotel provided free beach towels and chairs to use on the beautiful and clean beach just steps away. Also, loved the pool area with plenty of loungers to relax. a great location to spend the holidays with family and friends.
The food was mediocre and overpriced, highly recommend venturing out to restaurants closeby. Also, the internet connection was slow and unreliable. Despite the drawbacks, this hotel was the perfect spot for a Christmas vacation with stunning views and many amenities.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, as it is extremely close to the beautiful beach. We loved being able to just walk across the street to Ponta Negra beach. The staff was amazing, providing prompt and friendly service throughout our stay. The hotel facilities and activity programs for kids were outstanding. The water playground and beach access made it hassle-free and enjoyable for the whole family.
We highly recommend this place for everyone.

Perfectly located close to the beautiful beach, the hotel facilities were amazing with the water playground providing easy access to the beach. The staff was kind and made my stay enjoyable. The room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast was quite good with prompt service.
